Hi, I’m Auri. I’m a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience and advanced training in dry needling and musculoskeletal anatomy. I’m also in the final year of my Clinical Chiropractic degree, which has deepened my understanding of pain, movement, and how the body functions as a whole.

My approach is individualised and whole-person focused. I look beyond where it hurts to consider movement, load, muscle and joint function, lifestyle, and other factors that may be contributing.
